The Cave

In todays society we live in a cave-like environment. This is described as an unwillingness to learn, having a closed(a) mind, a sense of ignorance to those around us and issues we face. In a traditional cave, Plato details a vast expanse of piazza and darkness, with physical boundaries. Pris unrivalledrs are trapped, fettered to the ground; unable to switch the direction they face, only seeing shadows of those carrying artefacts illuminated on the contend (Plato, 1132-1139, 1997). Education cannot be given.

The unlettered have not experienced truth.
