I have always found unusual forms in architecture interesting - the forms that catch my eye are the authentically unique designs that now inspire me. I corresponding designs with cherubic aesthetic form. I feel that the inspiration from famous architects has caused my thought of architecture to grow substantially and has leaded me to want to memorise how to design built environments for former(a) people. Therefore, I wish to put one across for the course to learn and enhance my ability to consider innovatively some architecture and effectively communicate my ideas. In the end, I would like to be fully prepared for working professionally with electric potential clients.

While studying for an extended diploma at college I have had the opportunity to and enjoyed studying the design elements and have worked on projects such as redesigning the college garden set. This involved studying the aesthetics of the existing building around it and asking students how they use the space and how the space could be improved to suit their needs. I think these tasks gave me a better insight into what it takes to be a precedent and helped prepare me for potential professional work.





My extended diploma has as easy as helped me familiarise myself with the design process and throughout the college course I had tried to make the work architecture related where assertable to make the most out of it. By doing this, I created designs and presented them in a variety of ways including technical drawings drawn in elevation, plan, isometric and perspective as well as the sign free sketches and final CAD presentations. By using the drawings, Id also be able to produce multidimensional maquettes using a variety of materials and the skills learnt on how to use them effectively. As well as technical drawing, I have explored the characteristics of other two-dimensional media and used them along side contextual cognition which included investigating movements in art as well as art from different cultures.
