Highlights ? TNPL has recently completed the readiness of a sensitive state-of-the-art paper machine with a production capacity of 155,000 tpa under the Mill Expansion Plan. With this, the company has enhanced its production capacity to 400,000 tpa from 245,000 tpa. ? TNPL has also started three new projects with a total lay-out of Rs.385 Cr. These are: a 600-tonne a day cement unit that will use solid shoot a line generated at TNPL as a raw material; a Rs 135 crore modernisation programme for the steam and power multiplication facilities; and a Rs 175 crore deinking plant that will recycle paper. ?
