Sectarianism has been part of Scottish finale for years, nowadays its main occurance is through the fierce argument amidst the two biggest clubs in Glasgow, Rangers and Celtic. It is doleful that the government has had to step in and dismantle up this act rather than the clubs and fans taking responsibility for their actions and it is sad that these are the methods that the government has had to use in order to anticipate these kinds of things still happening in the modern age. Who really is at fault here, is it the clubs responsibility or is it the fans for trying to carry on these cultural ways ?
