3. Messages should be direct, explicit, and personal.

English speakers like messages that are direct, linear, explicit, rational, and rich content. Opinions, perceptions, and feelings are what make people unique and interesting. Effective self nerve is, therefore, individualistic and direct, often focusing on abilities and achievements. The most oftentimes used words in English are I and me.
