During the project, my role was to experience meetings every two weeks and help decide which directions the houses were going to compositors case and how they were going to be built. During the project, it wasnt as easy as it sounded; the reason being everybody had different opinions about how the houses were going to appearance and which way they were going to face. This made it hard to summarize everybodys ideas and put them all unitedly to make a have decision.
Throughout the project I learned some metres I have to do things on my own or else things leave alone not get finished. As a critical thinker, I thought ahead and got things done by letting everybody hold up how I thought engages were suppose to be required. Sometimes, I had to take charge and be the leader when zippo would. When it came time for tasks to be completed I made sure everybody was back up and not avoiding work.
At last, the team did a commendable job helping each other and cooperating because we decided if we just worked together we could bring our challenge to completion faster and more efficiently. We put our efforts into a combined solution. Through this whole experience I learned to determine what kind of person we are when nobody is looking.
In conclusion, Ive learned working as a team made me realize not everybody participating in a project will cooperate. Dont commit on the whole team to complete the challenge. Individuals must assert on themselves and will be recognized for the things they, actually, achieve. I need to help out myself to realize, Im an individual as well.
