I have since learnt more than about branch banking and sales, how to motivate and manage people with actually different backgrounds and positions in the business structure and how to most expeditiously get things done. much importantly, I have learnt the key to victory is satisfying your customer, whether immanent (e.g. staff) or external. This knowledge is helping me vastly in my bare-ass role in as a Customer relationship Manager at the 13th thoroughfare branch. My positive disposition, creativeness and appetite for challenging work offer a great deal to an organization like y! ours.
