Perception Check Christopher Scott Tirrell COM101H July 11, 2009 Perception Check Before I met my wife now, I worked as a gang countersink for an oilfield equipment maintenance operation. In laymen terms, I was the leader of a three man confederacy that maintained oilfield equipment when it broke down. Every sincere sunrise after leaving our shop we would stop for fuel, coffee, and lunch makings at the local convenient computer storage on our track to a job. This do her appear to be angry or upset. I always paid attention to how concentrated she seemed as she spoke. I too had been a manager of the exact same store before and knew how hard it was to modernize reliable and dependable employees. I began to speak out that the employees had heard her linguistic communication so many times that they av erage withdrew themselves emotionally until ! she was finished. I felt empathy for them and thought maybe the manager needed to be less intense and just go with the flow.
