Our viii weeks of studying encyclicals has been enlightening; weve covered three Popes, several decades, and numerous controversial issues. Each Pope used his own singular delivery of similar message. The message covers the gamut of problems which are attached to living. unsophisticated put, each Pope said we need to do a better job of taking care of each other. They mete out these matters on the grandest scale possible, so of course they have direct the message to world leaders. This means they have become experts in speaking to matters governed by man-made laws darn educating us in Gods law. Pope John xxiiis Pacem in Terris was basic compared to the two prior encyclicals weve studied; but it spoke to the same issues and directly provides commission to effectively govern with humanitys best raise at the forefront and in alignment with proper deterrent example judgment. Today, I will demonstrate how Pope John XXIII addresses the plight of todays leadership without crossing the inconspicuous line of Church and State.
