SWOT Analysis for Java Net
Abstract
This paper explores several published articles that piece of music on results from research conducted online (Internet) and offline (non-Internet) relationships and their relationship to computer-mediated communication.
I cook resolved to select Java Net as my sample pipeline enterprise to do my SWOT analysis on. Java Net is a popular Internet café.
The strengths for Java Net are that they have state-of the art computer software, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a percipient vision of the market need. Java Net has a well-developed and researched business model and a well-designed product that allow better open full customers needs. Java Net also has detailed marketing, pricing, and promotion strategies. The play along also has sufficient capital in reserve to make and sell products for six months to a year.
Java Nets weaknesses are; the cost factor associated with keeping state-of-the-art computer hardware and a dependence on quickly changing technology. With technology that is in the Internet ever changing, Java Net will have to keep up with the changing technology because a large part of the Java Net experience is the technology.
Java Nets opportunities are; there is a maturation population of occasional Internet users, and social bonds are fostered by the new Internet communities. The Internet is bringing people from across the globe to interact together. Java Net will capitalise on this social trend by providing a mooring for smaller and local Internet communities to meet in person. Also, the immensity of the Internet is almost half of the telephone, as the population of daily Internet users climb, so will the need for Java Nets services. However, there is a customer demand in the target market.
