Chuck Close is an American keyer and photographer born July 5, 1940 in Monroe, Washington. He became achieved success as a photorealist, through his massive scale portraits. Photorealism is a genre of picture purely based on using a photographic camera and photos to collect information and from this creating a delineation that appears photographic. The United States device movement began in the late 60s and early 70s. Early Life
A majority of his early work ar very large portraits based on photographs of his family and friends. I am inspired by Chuck Closes photorealism work and have used the image of taking information and creating a large scale painting in my final major project however I have applied a more illustrative go about to my interpretation.
